About the teacher

For more than 25 years, Diane has been practicing contemplative arts and meditation. Her scholarly explorations complement her contemplative experience, and support her approach to teaching. She offers these free classes to provide a glimpse of what is possible and provide an open friendly atmosphere for questions about the contemplative experience.
